went for 2 actually but, am just going to

all at your living room.

you might even watch the NDP in your
living room too. Dont have to book a hotel
just to view it.

the PENTHOUSE is sold out already
& its 3714 SQ FT... + a 73 open Roof Terrace

normal house has Balcony
& a BW ( which i cant recall what the proper name for it)
its like a small space near the window.

i love this place sooooo much
that i want daddy to buy the 4room
instead of 2room ( still considering)

that day after the showflat,
went to Amara hotel for hightea.
ordered
>waterlove cocktail
>coke
>beer
>BBQ PLATTER
(consist of italian sausage, pork sausage, pork ribs, chicken wings & chicken satay)

the satay is the best. ( especially the peanut sauce)

left mummy in a club
& off we go ( dad & i)

we went to search for more houses
in the marine parade area...

after like 30 mins of search
he headed off to T3.

shesh* its very Beautiful.
guess what ?!?!? daddy's company
is in charge of the interior design.

T3 nominated daddy's company for
the "SINGAPORE BRAND AWARD" ( something like that)
hope daddy's company win.
daddy got an office in T3 too.
the constructing of office in T3 inself cost like 10k if i'm not wrong

ps/ daddy's company is also incharge of the
school 's hub near the river.
( i think it is damn stupid and a waste of money)
